Tuition & Scholarships for International Students
International Tuition Fee Guarantee
If you are an international student (not a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident) entering an undergraduate program in the Faculties of Agriculture, Arts & Social Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Management or Science you will be part of Dalhousie’s new International Student Tuition Guarantee.
Students in these programs will pay a fixed tuition price each year and tuition will not increase or decrease over the duration of the guarantee. This means stable, predictable annual tuition fees in Canadian dollars (CAD) over the course of the program.
Dalhousie University offers more than 2,000 entrance awards each year, including scholarships and bursaries to support new international students.
The value typically ranges from up to $3,000 for a one-time award to a maximum of $12,000 renewable over four years ($48,000 total).
Awards can be given for academic and extracurricular achievement, financial need, or a combination of these factors.
To be considered for funding, students must complete the General Entrance Award application.
