✔ Complete the scholarships application form by 30/04/2025 (for 1st Selection) and 08/06/2025 (for 2nd selection)

✔ Be self-funded (not in receipt of other scholarships or sponsorships, except for the Durham International Scholarship towards Indian students)

Special Opportunity for Students from India: Eligible Indian students can combine this £5,000 scholarship with the Durham International Scholarship for India, unlocking a total of £10,000 in tuition fee reductions for your study.

Award: £5,000 tuition fee reduction

Duration: Covers standard completion timescales of the degree (with the exception of certain taught postgraduate programmes).

• IELTS Academic Test: Overall score of 7.0 or equivalent for a Bachelors or Masters degree with no band score lower than 6.5.

• Undergraduate: Standard XII from CBSE or CISCE Boards and some State Boards only are accepted for entry. State Boards considered on a case by case basis.

• Postgraduate: A 3, 4 or 5-year Bachelors degree from an approved Indian university with a score of 60%-70% depending on the institution.
